Healthcare Monitoring Wearable Microstrip Patch Antenna for Elder People with Acceptable SAR

The increasing number of uses for implantable electronics has stimulated a wave of new developments. Wireless communication systems have advanced swiftly and widely in the recent decade. Wireless communication devices have a physical form factor that is determined by the size of the components used to construct them. These textile-based wearable antennas are soft, pliable, and easy to wear for long periods of time. Commercial substrate microstrip antennas were bulky and uncomfortable to wear. Because of this, there is a significant need for antennas made of textiles that may be worn. Due to its compact design and low weight, the microstrip patch antenna (MPA) is a strong contender in this field. The focus of this study is on five key aspects of microstrip patch antenna design: miniaturisation, narrowband multi resonance effect, multiband operation, frequency tuning characteristics, and bandwidth expansion. The Specific Absorption Rate (SAR) is determined for most of the suggested wearable antenna designs. The specific absorption rate (SAR) is the measure of how quickly a human body absorbs electromagnetic radiation while in contact with an antenna. A safe SAR value for a wearable antenna is one that falls below the established limits. Therefore, the best way to set up a health monitoring and tracking framework that allows an individual to be located is through wearable devices embedded in clothing. Wearable antennas are designed and connected to garments as a sort of wearable technology for the purpose of tracking and remotely monitoring the user.
