Research on high parameter consistency and high yield technology of space traveling wave tube

In order to solve the problems of low product yield and poor performance consistency in the batch manufacturing process of space traveling wave tube, this paper carried out research related to the high parameter consistency and high yield technology of space traveling wave tube, focusing on improving the automatic assembly and manufacturing control technology. The feasibility and effectiveness of the technology of high parameter consistency and high yield are verified by small batch tube manufacturing experiments, which provides pioneering technical support for the promotion of the production technology of high parameter consistency and high yield for similar space traveling wave tubes.
