Experimental Demonstration of All-Fiber Electric Field Sensing Device

This report our experimental demonstration of all-fiber electric field sensing device based on a three mirror Fabry-Perot arrangement using the fiber-cantilever beam deflection configuration with an optimized composition of cobalt-doped bismuth ferrite nanoparticles as probe material. The reflected fiber-exit beam is modulated with an electric field. Our Fabry-Perot transmission analysis with a cantilever-deflection host yields precise results experimentally obtained, showing the efficacy of this new concept.
