Emotion Expression Model for Robot Using Color

Nowadays, methods of expression emotion for robot using color are considered. These methods are useful, since various robots can use. However, these methods remains the difficulty. In this paper, we propose new model of expressing the 8 basic emotions proposed by Plutchik using color. As a result of the experiment, it was found that it is possible to express emotions with the created model. Furthermore, we found that the results differed between men and women. It is thought that this result can contribute to the development of communication robots in the future.
