System for monitoring the Specific Absorption Rate of mobile terminals in circulation in african countries

Today, the development of information and communication technologies paved the way for many innovations and enabled the emergence of new economic models at the social level. This dynamic will increase the number of mobile terminals in circulation in African countries and crescendo the exposure of users to the electromagnetic waves emitted by these mobile terminals and more precisely to those using terminals whose Specific Absorption Rate (SAR) is raised. Legislation exists to reassure people, but daily exposure to these waves raises many questions about the influence they can have on the human body. To manage this problem, it is important to set up a SAR Monitoring and Control System (SSCSAR) for each African Country, managed by the national regulatory body of each African country, and also a Supervision and Control of SAR (SSSAR) for all African countries. This system, equipped with a database to manage the power of the SAR emitted by the mobile terminal, can alert the regulatory body at any time each time the terminal emits a flow greater than the authorized value. This will make it possible to fight against the proliferation of mobile terminals with a high SAR and thus solve a public and environmental health problem on the African continent.
