A Low Power Clock Gated Approximate Pruned and Truncated HDWT for Power-Efficient ECG Signal Processing

The electrocardiogram (ECG) technology has proven to be a key approach in the clinical cardiovascular area for detecting heart disorders and monitoring the human cardiac electrical activities. The goal of this study is to provide an approximation of an energy-efficient HDWT hardware architecture for ECG processing. Through the use of a clock gating mechanism, the pruning method reduces the number of candidate matrices with similarity assessed in the new domain. The suggested matrix approximation approach achieves the least amount of truncation.
