Renewable Energy and Emerging Technology Towards Climate Change: India’s Perspective

India’s rate of development as a developing country depends on industrialization and the availability of energy Industrial activities are the main source of carbon emission that leads to climate change. This is a serious threat and vulnerable to the fast-growing world and developing nations like India. We need an alternate source of energy that is clean, abundant in nature, and pollution free. Renewable and clean energy is the solution to fight against this serious threat. This paper presents a detailed analysis of India’s power sector and we analyze a rapid shift from conventional to non-conventional ways of power generation. The proportion of renewable energy in the generation of electricity is rising at a great pace. We also looked at some negative aspects of renewable energy and we need to rectify this to get a clean and healthy environment. Additionally, we have examined emerging technologies to enhance power quality and traduce the carbon content in the atmosphere. The present scenario and perspective of India towards renewable energy Are also discussed.
