Upgrade of the conventional generation plant models within a grid simulator

This paper deals with the grid simulator of the Brandenburg University of Technology Cottbus-Senftenberg (BTU C-S), in which the modelling of the power plants is to be improved. In addition, some elements of the power plant parameters are to be highlighted which are relevant for a realistic simulation of power plant operation during grid restoration and other critical grid situations.
