An Inquiry-based Genomics Intelligent Tutoring System

In the framework of the EASY-LEARN project we are working on tools to support inquiry-based science self-learning and teaching in secondary schools/universities. We built a prototype system that integrates chatbot and a Galaxy analysis platform to facilitate genomics interrogations. By employing artificial intelligence in the integrated system, it enhances traditional teaching and learners’ motivation in online learning.
