Design of high-precision two-axis eccentric adjustment experimental platform based on LabVIEW

To overcome the axial inconsistency between the motion output mechanism and the work object in the field of machining, a high-precision two-axis eccentric adjustment experimental platform is designed in this paper with the modular design method. Precise control of two-degree-offreedom motion output for rotation angle and feed depth can be realized controlled by the host computer software LabVIEW. The experimental results show that the motion of the experimental platform is stable and reliable, and the motion output mechanism has the function of eccentric adjustment, which has the precision of the feeding depth of 1 μm, the eccentric adjustment range of ±5 mm, and the eccentric adjustment accuracy of 10 μm.
