Improvement of Spectral Afterglow Mapping Method Based on Density Inhomogeneity

Radio spectrum monitoring and spectrum data analysis are important means of radio management. Spectrum visualization technology plays an important role in spectrum data analysis. Afterglow map is a new type of spectrum visualization technology. It superimposes the time window of multiple frames of spectrum, which can make the transient signal show a slow disappearance effect in the afterglow map, and the afterglow map can also be persistently captured for a period of time. Signals in the full spectrum, giving the user a complete overview. In this paper, the new afterglow color mapping method is discussed, and the traditional linear uniform mapping method of afterglow color is improved to a nonlinear mapping based on non-uniform density characteristics. By using real data sets to compare and analyze the experimental results, the experiments show that the new mapping method can effectively improve Color utilization and visual resolution.
