Choosing the intelligent thermostats for the effective decision making in BEMS

The paper is devoted to the analysis of some types of smart temperature regulators for the efficient decision making. Particular attention is paid to Building Energy Management Systems (BEMS) as systems that monitors and controls mechanical equipment in a building. This paper describes the different conditions in using the currently relevant types of smart temperature regulators, as well as their functional characteristics. The authors concluded that different characteristics such as the location of the temperature regulators in the room, the sensitivity level of the built-in sensor and the power source are critical for making effective management decisions.
