Attrition Rate Measuring In Human Resource Analytics Using Machine Learning

Nowadays, the majority of educational institutions try to improve the working conditions (job satisfaction, salary, workload, and work-life balance) of their employees so that they remain in their institutions for a long time. However, often in the same institutions, the number of resignations remains at about the same level. In such cases, it is important to identify the trends of such employees and prevent further resignations. This work aims to use Machine Learning (ML) algorithms for predicting the probable quitting of employees to help Human Resources (HR) henceforth retain valuable employees in advance, thereby benefiting both employees and the institution as a whole.
