Research on the Characteristic Curve of ZTX450 Three-level Transistor Based on Circuit Simulation and Virtual Instrument Technology

In this article, two representative experiments on the characteristics of the triode are done. It is well known that the characteristic curve of the triode has a cut-off area, an amplification area, and a brake-down area. This experiment uses the cut-off area to construct a switching circuit and the amplification area to construct an amplifying circuit for research. Here, the DC characteristics of the triode and Small Signal AC Equivalent Circuits are used. In this report, the ZTX450 transistor is studied, along with the characteristics of the ZTX450 transistor, such as extracting its performance parameters and comparing the measured value with the value given in the datasheet. And based on circuit simulation and virtual instrument technology, and the characteristic curve of the transistor, the switching circuit and the small AC signal circuit can be amplified. And the focus of the study is the bypass capacitance in the common emitter amplifier circuit.
