Robustness Improvement Strategy for Smart Grid Infrastructure Scenarios

With the development of the economy and the improvement of people's living standards, the construction of power grids has become an indispensable part of the relay protection and dispatching center, which plays a vital role in the safe and stable operation of the power system. However, China has a vast territory and there are great differences between different provinces and cities. Under the background of the country's vigorous promotion of the "Belt and Road" strategy, the power industry has also ushered in a new round of good situations and opportunities. How to improve robustness and efficiently deal with downside risks has become one of the urgent problems to be solved. Therefore, it is difficult to formulate a network construction scheme suitable for the stochastic characteristics of wind power in the existing power grid planning, and then a new robust optimization method for power grid planning is proposed. Firstly, this paper analyzes the robust optimization method of power grid planning, which selects the typical value of wind power output to generate a scenario that quantifies the randomness of wind power; Secondly, a robust optimization model of power grid planning that satisfies the above limit scenarios is established, and the robust scheduling model is used to solve the problem. Finally, the feasibility and effectiveness of the method are proved by example verification.
