Study on Relationship between ATC Controller Workload and Sector Capacity

Based on Wickens' information processing and cognitive model, the relationship between attention resources and control workload is constructed. Firstly, the controller load model is briefly introduced; Then, the controller's attention loss model is described; Finally, the relationship between control communication load and sector capacity is discussed in depth. Through numerical simulation, the evolution rules of attention resources and residual workload of controllers are verified.
