Analysis of Power Business User Value Mining Based on Data Intelligence

In recent years, China is comprehensively promoting major strategies such as "Big Data Strategy" and "Internet plus" Action Plan, which put forward clear requirements for promoting the sharing and development of energy big data and further expanding new business applications and services in energy production, circulation and consumption for commercial customers. Commercial users, as an important customer group served by power enterprises, have gradually changed their demand for electricity and energy from "using energy" to "making good use of energy", and the trend of differentiation and personalization has become increasingly prominent, which puts forward new expectations for power companies to provide accurate power marketing services. Power enterprises use big data to serve refined operation and precise marketing, and customer portrait is the foundation. Based on data intelligence technology, this study makes customer portraits of power commercial users, establishes a subdivision model of commercial customer groups, and puts forward corresponding accurate service strategies, which provides theoretical methods for fully exploiting the value of commercial customers.
