Combining i* and Service Blueprint for Service design:a case study of Fliggy

Requirements modeling and software services design are two important activities in software life cycle. Although these two activities are at different stages of the software life cycle, they need to be considered together. When the requirements are defined clearly, the next task is service design. In the process of performing service design tasks, it is necessary to consider meeting the complex needs of users. In this paper, a method which combines iStar and service blueprint is proposed to support the crossover services design. The iStar framework is used to capture user intensions and the service blueprint is used to model the interactions between different components. To evaluate the proposed method, a case study is performed to illustrate the usage of the proposed method.
