Control of Multi Input Transformer Coupled Converter with Renewable Energy Sources for DC-AC Distribution System

To provide effective power flow management from various input sources, a multi-input transformer coupled DC/AC converter (MITC) system is proposed. The proposed converter has the ability to simultaneously and independently supply power to the load from two different dc sources using phase-shifted pulse width-modulation (PWM) control. Renewable nature of the sources (PV-Wind) opens up a lot of potential for supplying the world’s energy needs in the future. It will become much more dependable and independent by the addition of a battery array. By lowering the losses, the suggested converter offers a practical and efficient control strategy for the system. Additionally, it helps to make system more stable. The proposed converter’s operating theory has undergone a thorough analysis. MITC with Grid Connected system allows for the regulation of output voltage and control of power flow. Utilizing MATLAB Simulink, the Circuit is simulated.
