Design and Implementation of Enterprise Sensitive Information Monitoring System Based on RPA

In order to eliminate hidden network risks and curb confidentiality violations in a timely closed loop,enterprises deploy a network sensitive information monitoring system for sensitive information monitoring of office terminals of key personnel. As the granularity of the supervision of network sensitive information becomes more and more refined,the monitoring coverage becomes more and more extensive and the requirements for monitoring and early warning timeliness are getting higher and higher,it is difficult to meet the needs of traditional guarding methods to carry out self-examination and self-defense of sensitive information. This paper proposes the design and deployment scheme of enterprise sensitive information system based on RPA digital technology, which realizes 7*24-hour sensitive data monitoring duty,makes up for and breaks through the shortcomings of ‘difficult discovery’, ensures full coverage of enterprise office terminal monitoring,opens up the online supervision chain of sensitive information and effectively promotes the improvement of information supervision capabilities.
