The Grounding Current Suppression Measures for Subway via Changing Grounding Layout and Impedance

With the development of the subway towards high density and high reliability, the grounding system of the subway is facing more severe challenges. Existing problems have shown that the grounding topology of the train is constantly changing under variable working conditions, which has caused corrosion of the grounding carbon brush, speed sensor Such as abnormal damage of equipment and unbalanced current problems of rails. Therefore, this paper first introduced the background of the subway power supply system, built an equivalent circuit model, and analyzed the influence of different grounding methods and resistance values of grounding resistors on the grounding return law, and realized the comprehensive performance optimization of the grounding system.
