Realization of hierarchical early warning management system for cigarette manufacturing department

In order to monitor the production process of the cigarette manufacturing department more intelligently, this paper designs a hierarchical early warning management system, which integrates the huge process quality data generated by a variety of key equipment on a platform, realizes the comprehensive integration and real-time processing of the equipment status and product process quality information, and establishes a flexible and widely applicable early warning rule setting platform. A workflow capable of closed-loop processing of alarm events is established, and the alarm data is analyzed and the alarm causes are traced through multi-dimensional statistics, curve analysis, monitoring video playback and other methods. It is convenient for managers to conduct accurate and in-depth analysis of the data they care about most, so as to take appropriate strategies and actions.
