Application Conceive of Distributed Microgrid in Zero- Carbon Sichuan-Tibet Railway

Distributed microgrid system is composed of distributed photovoltaic power generation system, energy storage system, operation and maintenance management system, power transmission system, etc. It is characterized by high flexibility of power supply, high efficiency of application, and reliable supply of load. Taking the Sichuan-Tibet Railway as an example, taking full advantage of the rich solar energy resources of the plateau, this paper proposes the pure green energy supply mode and overall solution under the zero-carbon technology of “distributed power microgrid + charging and exchanging electricity + producing (storing & charging) hydrogen”, which provides a feasible idea for realizing the plateau zero-carbon railway and reducing the engineering and operating costs of the Sichuan-Tibet Railway, and is the innovative application of distributed power microgrid in the new power system.
