An Efficient Internet based Home Automation Framework for Operating Multi-functional Units

The implementation of a smart home automation system employing networking and the Internet of Things is suggested in this study. Considering the progress of technology nowadays, we barely see a house without some devices operated remotely. Home automation systems allow you to remotely operate appliances in your house or place of business including fans, lights, and doors. There is a plethora of devices providing us with the facility to operate other devices remotely up to a specific range. It involves basic features to operate the user commands and provides the best experience satisfaction to the user. This paper presents an execution of an efficient home automation system which can be used to operate devices even when we are far using a reliable website. With the use of a user-friendly web page and a few easy login details, this paper enables the user to control a sizable number of home appliances wirelessly or over an Ethernet connector. The main purpose of our work is to implement the devices remotely through some network architectural devices like residential gateway, cable modem, DNS server, IOE server, central office server and cell tower.
