Comprehensive Evaluation of Carbon Reduction Contribution of Power Grid Based on Improved TOPSIS Method

Scientific and reasonable evaluation of the emission reduction effect and green value of power grid investment, and the realization of green and low carbon value conversion through carbon-electricity collaboration is an important path to achieve the goal of carbon peak and carbon neutrality with high quality. This paper puts forward the evaluation index system of grid carbon reduction contribution, including the evaluation index of carbon reduction for serving the society, low loss network emission reduction and clean consumption capacity. Based on the evaluation index system, this paper constructs a comprehensive evaluation model of carbon reduction contribution of power grid with improved TOPSIS method, which provides basis and guidance for comprehensive evaluation of carbon reduction contribution of power grid.
