Design of control system of electric proportional valve for new logistics transfer equipment

The operation process of logistics transfer equipment is required to be efficient and green, so as to reduce the energy consumption of logistics transfer operations. The control of proportional valve operation of vacuum generator is the key. This paper designs a proportional valve control system, which uses PID algorithm to control the pressure and on-off time of electric proportional valve through the controller. Compared with the traditional control algorithm, the precision of pressure control is improved by 8.7%, which effectively realizes the efficient and green operation of the logistics transfer system.
