Optimal Scheduling of Wind-Thermal-Bundled Combined Energy Clusters with Multiple Constraints and Multiple Decisions

Large-scale wind and thermal-bundled energy delivery can lead to inadequate support capacity of the system, the article proposes a joint optimal scheduling method for wind and thermal bundling based on model predictive control with multiple constraints and multiple decisions. First, based on studying its optimal scheduling of multiple support capacities, quantifying them to form constraints, and constructing an economic optimization model of wind and thermal power unit string complementary depth coupling sent out with the maximum economic benefit of delivery as the objective function. Then, the optimal wind and thermal start-up ratios are solved by using the optimization algorithm for the optimal scheduling of unit combinations. Finally, the evaluation methods and indexes for the optimized operation of the wind-thermal bundling joint outfeed system are proposed. This paper verifies the reasonableness and economy of the proposed optimal scheduling model and the effectiveness of the evaluation indexes by taking the actual data of a power plant in Shangdu as an example.
