Distributed Energy Storage Configuration for Value-added Services of Distribution Network

When the economy and society develop rapidly, a small number of important power users are not satisfied with the basic power supply guarantee services provided by microgrid, and are willing to pay for customized high-reliability power supply value-added services to ensure smooth production. An operation strategy of energy storage device with guaranteed capacity is put forward, so that the high-reliability power supply value-added service scheme can better balance the interests of Power grid operator and users. A two-level programming model of energy storage device configuration for value-added service of distribution network is constructed. The model is solved by combining particle swarm optimization (PSO) with linear programming, and an example system of IEEE RBTS-BUS6 feeder F4 is simulated to prove the advancement of the model.
