Research on electroplating power supply based on three-phase interleaved parallel LLC resonant converter

In this paper, a three-phase interleaved parallel LLC resonant converter topology is used to design a electroplating power supply suitable for chromium and other precious metals, which can meet the performance requirements of high frequency, high power, low voltage and high current, and soft switching technology to reduce losses. This paper will introduce the topology principle, control circuit principle and specific circuit parameters of the electroplating power supply in detail. Finally, the simulation verifies that the electroplating power supply meets the requirements of electroplating power supply with high frequency, low voltage and large current pulse output of chromium metal.
