Research on Intelligent Evaluation and Fault Diagnosis Technology of Stator Winding Insulation State of Generator on Base of Micro Molecular and Condensed Structure Analysis

With the continuous development and operation of large capacity Hydro generator units, it is urgent to effectively evaluate the insulation state of generators. This paper summarizes the research status of generator stator winding insulation state evaluation and diagnosis technology at home and abroad. On base of the micro molecular and condensed structure of generator insulation, digital image recognition and intelligent algorithm, an intelligent evaluation and fault diagnosis technology of large generator insulation state is constructed. It can realize intelligent evaluation of insulation of stator winding for running generators and provide quantized diagnosis of insulation of stator winding for breakdown fault state for stopping generators. That proposes one new way to intelligent repair and diagnosis for units.
