Abstract:

The technological process of selective assembly as a set of several interrelated stages is considered. The scheme of set-making of two independent elements on two parameters and the scheme of formation of a multidimensional selective group is given. The construction of a mathematical model of the process of set-making and assembly of elements, operating in multidimensional groups and allowing for the selected strategy to determine the total probability of obtaining suitable assembly sets, the probability of incomplete elements, forming work in progress and preliminary scrappage. Various set-making strategies are given, defined by generalized rules, which means the method of forming sets of elements from different selective groups. In addition, the possible strategies for the assembly of multi-parameter products are listed, their characteristics are considered. As a prospect for further research the solution of the process optimization problem is proposed.
