Evaluation of Active Distribution Network Recovery Plan Based on Resilience Indices

In response to the increasing vulnerability of the regional power grid that may be caused by the power supply of new energy units during the distribution network’s load recovery process, this paper proposes the concept of resilience distance, which could evaluate the anti-interference ability of power grid from the system’s operation level by calculating the degree to which the system’s operating point meets the boundary constraints. Combined with the load recovery coefficient, the evaluation coefficient of the recovery plan considering the resilience distance is formed, and the selection of the new energy connection location and capacity is optimized, and the operating point with the relatively optimal elasticity and recovery coefficient is found. It is verified by simulation that the index of the evaluation coefficient of the recovery plan can effectively find the corresponding system operating point.
