An Interval Optimized Blocking Scheduling Method Considering Power Uncertainty

In order to solve the influence of uncertainty of source load output on the distribution network and alleviate the degree of line congestion, an interval optimal scheduling method for distribution network with flexible resources is proposed. In this paper, when dealing with the uncertainty of the power supply and load, firstly, the uncertainty of the forecast deviation of the wind and load is considered based on the probability box. The distribution of expected value and variance of each probability box is calculated according to the historical data, and the shortest interval is used to extract the confidence interval under a given confidence level. With the upper limit of line transmission capacity, coordinate distributed gas turbine, energy storage, interruptible load and other flexible resources and establish an optimization model with the comprehensive operating cost of distribution network, system blocked electricity and the fluctuation rate of net load interval as targets. Solve the Pareto optimal solution set based on NSGA-II algorithm. Finally, the proposed model is analyzed and verified based on IEEE-33 node system. The results show that the day-ahead scheduling based on this method can effectively reduce the risk of system blocking and enhance the ability of the system to deal with uncertainty.
