Design of Load Resource Modeling and Price Mechanism for New Power System Balance

It is an important way to promote the development of the energy system in the direction of efficiency, cleanness and safety to guide the "source-load" coordinated development of the power system through the power market. In the new power system environment, the high proportion of new energy installed access system will deplete the reliable dispatching resources on the power generation side. In this paper, by modeling the load elastic power resources, the information interaction architecture of load dispatching control is constructed, and the load resources are divided into real-time dispatching load (RDL), guided elastic load (GEL) and emergency control load (ECL). Combined with the current degree of marketization, and referring to the market mechanism of generating resources participating in power system balance maintenance, three types of load resources participating in power system balance maintenance compensation price mechanism are designed. Calculate and analyze the price, income and social saving cost of load resources participating in the market through a case, and prove that the design mechanism can guide the load side resources to participate in regulation.
