Research Status and Hot Spots of Integrated Energy System Based on Scopus and SciVal

With the prominence of energy problems, the IES has developed rapidly around the world. In order to comprehensively analyze the research status and hot spots in IES, based on Scopus database and SciVal scientific research evaluation tool, this paper analyses the IES-related literature from 2017 to October 2022 in terms of global publication profile, top 10 countries in the world paper profile, and high quality journal profile, and the hot spots are categorized and summarized into six directions for separate analysis. The bibliometric approach is used to understand the current status and hotspots of IES research from a macro and overall perspective.
