Research on the evaluation of the effectiveness of virtual maintenance training for information technology equipment

The proliferation of advanced technology has ushered in tremendous transformations, and the advancement of IT machinery entails that service personnel possess a higher caliber of competency. In response to the present demands of a certain kind of radar-based virtual maintenance training, a novel virtual maintenance training dynamical evaluation model has been established. By examining the factors that affect evaluation, combined with AHP and FCE, a comprehensive evaluation procedure has been devised to validate and gauge the training efficacy, confirming the model to be efficient and dependable, and laying a robust theoretical basis for virtual maintenance assignments and personnel education.
