Implementation of Teaching Effect Evaluation Platform based on Fuzzy Synthesis Algorithm

Based on the actual demand of teachers’ mixed teaching effect evaluation, this paper designs a comprehensive evaluation system for teachers’ teaching effect on the basis of summarizing the sources of evaluation data and analyzing the different roles of students, teachers and teaching administrators. Based on the requirements of the system, the functional model, structural model and behavior model of the system are constructed. The detailed design of data management and evaluation process is completed by using UML, and the system database is formed. The multi-layer system architecture of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and the Net framework function module technology are used to demonstrate the effect of the system function realization. Through the teaching of international Chinese course, the system function and performance test of the teaching effect of Chinese cultural image communication is carried out, which verifies the stability and reliability of the system operation and realizes the expected function.
