A Global Grid based Smart Transportation using GPS

Recently, the development of advanced technology leads to the maximum use of Smart Grid (SG), and Electric Vehicle (EV) in more cities all over the world. Pollution and heat of the planet are caused primarily by traditional internal combustion engines. Fortunately, EVs offer a solution to these problems. Further, the coming generation can benefit from the preservation of non-renewable resources if EVs are powered by renewable energy sources. EVs linked to the SG may catalyze to lower pollution, and save energy as well as essential transportation networks. This research study has outlined the different approaches that can be utilized to connect EVs to SGs, such as Vehicle-to-Grid (V2G) and Grid-to-Vehicle (G2V) communication. For communication, Global Positioning System (GPS) technology is used. This article begins with a block diagram of our suggested system and its required building blocks such as architecture design, Aggregator, OBU (on-board unit), Telematics, Control Center (CC), and authentication protocol. The hybrid authentication protocol is suggested for wireless and secure connections between Aggregators and EVs. It handles new and unique issues, such as latency, which is critical for secured wireless communications with fast-moving EVs. The study then demonstrates that the proposed authentication mechanism may keep information transmitted between parties safe and delay-free.
