Fault Prediction Model for Key Components of Helicopter Transmission Chain based on Machine Learning

Aiming at the technical problem of fault prediction model construction of key components of helicopter drive chain in big data environment, this paper starts with the low-level feature extraction and separation of the transformation domain of transmission gear and bearing, and uses the fault classification feature learning and recognition model method to accurately identify the bearing fault and planetary gear train fault respectively The fault prediction/residual service life prediction model of the key components of the helicopter drive chain is constructed by self-organizing mapping, and the correctness and effectiveness of the model are verified by simulation analysis.
