An Optimization System of Wave Energy Device Based on Chaotic Adaptive Whale Algorithm

At present, the wave energy conversion device is widely studied, but there are still some problems such as large amount of calculation and inaccurate estimated values. in view of the above problems, the heave and pitching motion forms of the wave energy device are considered in this paper. the motion model of float and oscillator is established and solved numerically, and the relevant parameters are optimized to obtain the maximum output power, which can greatly accelerate the speed and accuracy of operation. In this paper, the forces of the float and oscillator are analyzed respectively, and the heave displacement and velocity with an interval of 0.2s in 40 wave periods are analyzed and calculated by using the fourth order Runge-Kuttab method. The optimization model is established by taking the output power of the damper as the objective function, and optimized by chaotic adaptive whale algorithm, the maximum output power is 331.61W, which converges after 42 iterations, and the calculation speed is faster and the accuracy is higher.
