Governance Innovation Model of Social Enterprises Based on Structuration Theory: A Case Study

Social enterprises aim at solving social problem and spurring innovation, is an important force to promote social development. This paper first expounds the background and definition of social enterprise, then according to action script analysis framework of the structuration theory, from dominance, legitimacy, competence three dimension to analyze some practical governance innovation models. Finally, choosing the CFPA Microfinance as a typical case to verify social enterprises can make appropriate management innovation model to sustain the balance of social objectives and economic benefits at the same time. This paper provides a certain theory and reference practice for the innovation and development of social enterprises in the E-commerce era.
