Research on the Construction of Entrepreneurial Competency Model of Returned College Students Based on Binary Semantic Fuzzy Evaluation

The proposal of rural revitalization strategy and "mass entrepreneurship and innovation" has provided an important opportunity for college students to return to their hometown and start their own businesses. College students' return to their hometown and entrepreneurship not only inject new energy into the new rural construction, but also drive the development of rural economy in the process of realizing their self value. Due to the influence of the country, schools, individuals and other factors, college graduates are highly motivated to return home and start their own businesses, but their entrepreneurial performance is poor. In view of this situation, based on literature analysis and expert interviews, this paper constructs a entrepreneurial competency model for returned college students, which includes 4 level-1 indicators and 13 level-2 indicators, and determines the weight of indicators at all levels with the help of analytic hierarchy process. In order to ensure the operability of the model, the binary semantic fuzzy evaluation method is used to quantify the indicators, and the model is used to evaluate the entrepreneurial competency of a returned college student.
