Establishment and Evaluation of Measurement and Control System Model Based on Data Analysis Optimization

Data and analysis system is a system used by enterprises to manage data and analysis, which is of great significance in this era of big data. The more mature a D&A system is, the more a business can benefit from its database, and the more business advantage a business can gain. Based on the above situation, this paper analyzes and models the existing data. From the perspective of effective integration of port logistics system personnel, technology, process and data information, this paper selects several D&A system maturity evaluation indicators, such as process data information requirement consistency and task completion degree based on data information. The optimal solution linear model of personnel index, the optimization type selection model of technology evaluation level, and the comprehensive evaluation model are established respectively. The principal component analysis method, entropy weight method, improved tosis and other computational analysis methods are used to obtain the system maturity assessment and optimization system specific suggestions. Finally, this paper verifies the reliability of prediction and optimization of the existing measurement and control system, and verifies the advantages of the model, such as real rigor, high efficiency, evaluation stability and applicability.
