Implementation of Beam Selection Algorithm In Millimeter Wave MIMO Systems

Beam selection is an important topic in modern wireless communication systems. In a millimeter wave system, a traditional beam selection idea is used to decrease the sum of required Radio Frequency chains. Taking into consideration the downlink multi-operator Multiple Input Multiple Output (MIMO) systems at the access point, which operate at millimeter frequencies (30 GHz-300 GHz) and are prepared with a high sum of antenna components. Beam space MIMO beam selection is an appealing technique for lowering the count of radio frequency (RF) chains necessary in such structures in order to minimize energy consumption while providing higher data rates and improved signal coverage. The proposed algorithm is an exploratory acquisitive algorithm that works under less computational intricacy with restrained performance. By simulating beam selection as extreme weight matching on a bipartite graph, and also beam selection founded on the Kuhn-Munkres algorithm, give rise to a novel recognized framework. These two proposed algorithms provide a resourceful manner of selecting beams, principally in sparse systems with low power consumption.
