Automatic Pressure Cooker Risk Detection And Control Using Arduino

In this paper, a novel safety approach is presented to mitigate the risks associated with pressure cookers caused by lack of understanding, ignorance, and other factors. We’ll use a temperature sensor to keep track of the temperature, which will be connected to an Arduino UNO board for control of the gas stove, as well as a light for proximity detection and a buzzer for long distance detection. The project’s main goal is to produce a device that can be used to maintain track of the pressure cooker temperature and automatically cut off the gas cylinder when the temperature rises.
