Chitkara University Organized IEEE Delhi Section Conference – DELCON 2023

DELCON 2023 was the 2^nd edition of the IEEE Delhi section owned conference that was organized by Chitkara University, Punjab, India during February 24-26, 2023. The conference was held at Chitkara University, Punjab campus and featured nationwide participation with close to 350 delegates participating in it. In addition to 108 paper presentations in 17 tracks, DELCON 2023 also featured one keynote talk and five expert talks. Overview of the complete technical program of the conference as it was carried out over the course of three days has been presented in this editorial.
