A Smart Tele-Healthcare System for Real-Time Health Monitoring and Remote Consultation

This paper presents a new concept of health observation and connectivity to Medicinal experts at a distance. In the present era, the Internet of Things (IoT) is changing the way technology infrastructure functions. This work presents, an IoT -based smart health monitoring system to provide medicine on time using continuous screening of the heart rate, oxygen level, and body temperature of an individual. A system having heartbeat sensor, temperature sensor, SpO2 sensor based on Arduino platform with cloud Sheets API have been designed to implement the proposed system. The primary function of the presented approach is to consider two sensors at input for improving clinical care for cardiac patients by providing early intervention and improved 24-hour monitoring. The proposed IoT-based system enables data sheet preparation for real time upload and remote consultation in case of any variation in the heart rate, oxygen level, and temperature to provide medicine promptly.
