Smart e-Public Pharmacy Machine Assistants via on Cloud-based and AI Diagnostic System for New Normal Services

The smart electronics pharmacy machine was presented here with an Artificial Intelligent (AI) diagnostic scheme especially for crowded people areas such as airport, public bus, sky train, train stations, shopping mall or any of public area services in the new normal scenario caused by COVID-19 crisis as an endemic situations. The Quick Response (QR) code was created a unique code of each of user in the starting process in the system databased or user's mobile application with touchless policy. The pharmacy machine can be operated automatically all time for generic medicine dispensing in the internet accessing area with cloud communicating which the AI diagnostic and face recognition that are designed for implementing the gain value add technology too smart to use with user friendly. The small DC servo motors (DCSMs) were basically individual driven by pulse width modulation (PWM) and/or fuzzy plus proportional plus integral controller (F-PI controller) for more precious dynamic response in the generic medicine dispensing process. The simulations results and many test of real prototype module results in the laboratory scenario were satisfied the V-shaped model analysis concept, but the all of system must be revised again in on-site public area for more practical usage. An aim of this proposed system is also looking forward to improve the quality of people life and healthful with social distancing scheme in a new normal life style of smart city.
