User Acceptance of Online Form Application using Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) in PT. XYZ

In the era of globalization, the use of information systems is vital for a company that moves in the FMCG (Fast Moving Customer Goods) sector because, in FMCG, data usage is essential for the continuity of the company. This study will mainly discuss about the effectiveness of permit programs and overtime called OnlineForm on PT. XYZ to support work productivity. Before this program existed, everything related to employee permits and overtime was recorded on paper and still conventional. This study uses The Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology model or UTAUT. Yet, if employees use this program and the result effectively supports their work productivity, then this program must be developed further so that the user interface of this program is improved and avoids errors during working hours.
