Abstract:
The paper deals with a general approach for determining an optimum control criterion for fully controlled PWM converters. For this purpose reference is made to the general concept of multilevel converter. The implementation of a suitable controller is described, based on the feed-forward control technique. Experimental results are reported, related to different power converter applications.
